Please note that all items sold on our website are vintage/second-hand unless specified otherwise. Due to the delicate nature of vintage clothing, some signs of wear are expected over time. We do our best to ensure that the pieces sold online are in good condition and any discrepancies we catch will be stated in the item’s product description. If you believe that the item you’ve received may be damaged, please reach out to us as soon as possible at

ORDERS, RETURNS, SHIPPING

What is your return policy?

 All purchases made online or in-store are final sale. We do not accept store credit exchanges or offer full refunds on any purchases. This policy change is effective as of May 21st, 2024. If you have purchased something before that date and are seeking a store credit exchange please reach out to info@funnyprettynice.com.

When will I receive my online order?

You will receive your online order 5-7 business days after the original date of purchase. Once a tracking number is provided, Funny Pretty Nice releases responsibility for the parcel. If you are concerned about a package getting lost or stolen, please select the insured delivery option at checkout. If a package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a case or reach out to info@funnyprettynice.com for assistance

 

 

 

 

 

 

When will I receive tracking information for my package?

You will receive tracking information 3-5 business days after the date of your purchase.

 

Where and when can I pick-up my online pick-up order?

You will receive en email when your pick-up order is packed up! Pick up for online orders is only available at our Brooklyn studio, located at 56 Bogart St., Brooklyn, NY 11206. This location is not a storefront and is not open on weekends. We will personally coordinate a pick up time that works or you via email once your order is ready.  

 

Online vs. In-Store E-Gift Cards?

The payment system used for our website is different from our in-store payment system. Online E-Gift cards can be applied to online transactions on our website and cannot be redeemed in-store. In-Store E-Gift cards can be redeemed at our physical storefront locations. You can also purchase an In-Store E-Gift card in-person at our store!

Can I purchase an item from one of the retail stores online?

Yes, we sell in-store items via our Instagram - shoot us a DM about the item you're interested in!

 

Does Funny Pretty Nice ship internationally?

We are now able to offer shipping to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Spain, United Kingdom. Please note we do not offer any insured shipping options for International orders. Processing times will remain the same as domestic orders, however we aren't able to offer a guarantee with delivery time once the order has been passed off to the shipping carrier.
